Abstract： As a kind of education type that is closely related to the development of regional economy， higher vocational colleges are an important concern for the effective connection between applied disciplines and regional economy. Based on the actual situation of Zhejiang Province， the three main corridors of Chengke Chuangda Corridor in Hangzhou， Kechuang Grand Corridor and Jinyike Chuanglang Road of Shaoxing are the main lines， and the analysis of the docking requirements of local science and technology corridors and higher vocational colleges is clarified. On the basis of this， determine the effective path and discipline optimization strategy of applied discipline construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of science and technology corridor construction. The paper studies on how to apply the subject-oriented disciplines in higher vocational colleges to explore the regional economy.
