今天，太阳火红火红的，像一个又大又圆的皮球，天气似乎比往日更热一点。只有天空中偶尔飘过的云彩，在大地上投下一片片阴影，给炎热的.夏日带来一丝丝的清凉。

有五个同学正走在野外的小路上，每个人都背了一个鼓鼓的书包。火热地阳光猛烈地晒在他们的身上，透过单薄的衣服，炙烤着他们的皮肤。可是他们却毫不在意，一路上说说笑笑，兴高采烈地向前走去。

终于到达目的地了，他们从书包里拿出锅、碗、蔬菜、大米等等东西，原来他们是去野餐。太阳好像不好意思继续炙烤他们，不知什么时候躲进了越来越多的乌云中。有三个人去找木柴，另外二个人在附近捡来石头，开始架锅搭灶。没过多久，他们就开始生火烧饭。看着越烧越旺的篝火，他们的眼睛里充满了兴奋的期待。

突然，下起了倾盆大雨。同学们七手八脚地忙起来，有的人用双手遮着自己的头，有的人用书包挡住雨水保护火……。雨很大，不一会儿地上的积水就漫上来了。一个同学急中生智，挖了一条水渠，把水都往水渠那边引去，这样火就不会熄灭了。

雨停了，饭菜也烧好了，大家坐在一起，吃着自己做的香喷喷的饭菜，心里高兴极了。一条美丽的彩虹挂在天空，也在看着他们微笑。
